We only customize in-stock products to ensure a timeline you can count on. We’re all about fast, reliable delivery. Customized orders typically ship 10–14 business days from your order date.

Artwork That Pops
We want your logo to look its best — crisp, clean, and totally you. Upload a high-quality vector file ideally an .AI, .EPS, or .SVG file with all fonts outlined and colors in CMYK if possible. Not sure if your logo’s ready? No worries — just upload what you have, and we’ll take care of the rest. (Need a full design refresh? We recommend 99designs or a local designer.)

Imprint Locations
Each product has pre-defined imprint locations including center front, left chest, right chest, left hip, right hip.

Customization Process
We use DTF (Direct-to-Fabric) transfers to customize apparel, a premium printing method known for its vibrant full-color detail, photorealistic gradients, and soft, flexible feel. DTF works on many fabrics and produces long-lasting results.

How long will it take to receive my custom order?
Only in-stock items are available for customization (No future ship dates). Custom orders typically ship within 10-14 business days from order.
What are the minimum order quantities?
You’ll just need 24 customized pieces per order. We’re flexible – your order can be a mix of product styles, sizes, and colors.
Will I be able to see a mockup before my order goes to print?
When creating your customized dancewear through our online Studio Merch builder, you will see a mockup of your logo and imprint location before adding the product to your cart. We have a team of artwork specialists who will review your order to make sure everything's perfect before your order hits the press.
What are the artwork requirements?
To ensure the best print quality, please provide:
- Vector file (.AI, .EPS, or .SVG)
- Text converted to outlines (no live fonts)
- Transparent background (no white box behind the logo)

How should I care for my customized dancewear?
Keep your custom merch looking great by following these recommendations:
Washing
• Turn garment inside out
• Machine wash cold, gentle cycle
• Use mild detergent
• Wash with like colors
Drying
• Hang dry or lay flat
Ironing
• Do NOT iron directly on the design
Other Tips
• Do NOT use bleach or fabric softeners
• Do NOT dry clean
Are customized products eligible for return or exchange?
Due to the personalized nature of custom merchandise, all orders are final sale. Orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
