About Revolution Rewards
Revolution Rewards is a studio-exclusive customer loyalty program that awards loyalty points for purchasing tights and costumes from Revolution, Tenth House, 2-Die-4 Costumes, and Art Stone by Revolution. The program is available to approved Revolution wholesale accounts in the United States and Canada who do not have individually negotiated special terms or discounts. The system is simple: make qualifying purchases, earn loyalty points, and redeem them for RevCash, subject to minimum spend thresholds set forth below, when you want to save on an order. RevCash comes in the form of a code that is entered at checkout.
HOW IT WORKS
SHOP + EARN
Earn points through qualifying purchases. Points are finalized on your account once your order ships. Points are good for 9 months from the day they are finalized before they expire, giving you plenty of time to plan how you want to use them.
WATCH YOUR POINTS STACK UP
Log in to your online account any time to check your Revolution Rewards dashboard. Quickly see how many points you've earned, and how much RevCash you could redeem them for. Save them up for one big order, or redeem them in smaller increments. It's up to you!
REDEEM POINTS FOR REVCASH
When you're ready to use your points, head to your dashboard and redeem your points for a RevCash code. Enter that code at checkout to save on your order! RevCash codes can be used on any merchandise that we sell. 100 points is equal to $1 in RevCash.
WORRY-FREE RETURNS
If you used RevCash on an order that you end up returning, we'll refund you back in points. Plus, we'll reset the 9 month expiration window so you'll have plenty of time to redeem your points on products that work for you.
HOW TO REDEEM POINTS
There are 3 places on our site where you can redeem points: through your Rewards Dashboard, through the Rewards widget in the right-hand corner, and directly within the checkout experience.
To redeem points in your Rewards Dashboard:
- Click the Redeem tab to view available rewards. RevCash is always an option, but there may be other awards available at throughout the season.
- Choose the reward you'd like to redeem points for and click the Redeem button to the right of your choice.
- If you chose RevCash as your reward, you will receive a unique code to use on your next order. Apply that code at checkout to save.
- You can view your point balance along with any available RevCash codes on your dashboard anytime.
Points and RevCash can only be redeemed online. You cannot use RevCash on a phone order.
WHAT ARE POINTS?
Points are a promotional loyalty reward earned when purchasing qualifying products. They can be redeemed for RevCash or other offers that vary throughout the season.
WHAT IS REVCASH?
RevCash is a promotional discount that comes in the form of a unique code that is applied at checkout. It can be used for any Revolution purchases, including costumes, dancewear, and accessories. RevCash is not a gift card and is subject to the expiration terms described below.
REVOLUTION REWARDS FAQ:
About the Program
What happened to the old Revolution Tights Program?
We have simplified! Previously, the RevPoints Tights Program automatically awarded all customers points on tights purchases and nothing else. We also had the separate Revolution Rewards program that was only available to Dance Studio Owner members who joined and paid a membership fee.
Based on years of customer feedback, we created a more accessible, fee-free program that rewards studios for more purchases. We have taken the best of both programs and rolled them into a single loyalty system—our new Revolution Rewards program!
Does Revolution Rewards still include a membership to Dance Studio Owner?
No, it does not. As of July 1, 2026, the Revolution Rewards program is run as a stand-alone loyalty program for Revolution customers in the United States and Canada and is no longer connected to the Dance Studio Owner membership.
Any customer who was a member of Dance Studio Owner during the 2025-2026 season has received an automatic 1-year extension on their membership at no charge. If this applies to you, you can still access all of the Dance Studio Owner content on dancestudioowner.com using your existing login through June 30, 2027.
Which products are eligible to earn points?
Tights and costumes purchased between July 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027 can earn points, including costumes that are discounted in RevRack (our clearance section of discontinued styles). Every customer automatically earns 1 point per dollar (1% back) on their tights purchases, no matter what. Once you reach a minimum total spend of $5,000 on costumes within a season (July 1 through June 30), you will unlock earnings on costumes. This will happen automatically, and we will notify you when you have unlocked a new level.
Points are earned on the cash value of eligible items before taxes, fees, shipping, or any other charges. The $5,000 minimum spend threshold is also calculated on the pre-tax, pre-shipping cash value of costume purchases. If a promotional discount code was used on an order, points will be earned on the new lower price of the item, not the original price.
Do I earn points on tights sold through Nimbly?
Yes! Any tights sold through your Nimbly storefront will earn points.
However, costumes sold through your Nimbly storefront will not be eligible to earn points, as Nimbly orders are processed separately from Revolution’s wholesale costume distribution. RevCash codes also cannot be applied to the cost of merchandise sold through your Nimbly shop.
How do the levels work?
Revolution Rewards is a progressive earning model. Your level is based on your cumulative costume spend between July 1 and June 30. As you increase your costume spend, you will move through the levels in real-time. As you progress through the levels, your earning rate on costumes will increase. While you are in a level, you will earn at the specified rates:
-
Level 1: no earnings on costumes and 1 point per dollar on tights
-
Level 2: 10 points per dollar on costumes and 50 points per dollar on tights
-
Level 3: 15 points per dollar on costumes and 50 points per dollar on tights
-
Level 4: 20 points per dollar on costumes and 50 points per dollar on tights
-
Level 5: 25 points per dollar on costumes and 50 points per dollar on tights
It does not matter how big or small your orders are, what matters is how much you spend on costumes across the entire season. The more you spend on costumes between July 1 and June 30, the faster you will progress through the levels and the better your earnings will become for the season. In order to earn points on costumes at all, you need to spend at least $5,000 on costumes first.
Please note: if a return brings your cumulative costume spend below a level threshold, your level and earning rate may be adjusted accordingly.
Once I reach a higher level, do I stay there permanently?
No. All customers will reset back to Level 1 on July 1 each year, which means all reward benefits also reset, with one exception. If you reach levels 4 or 5 in a given season, you will retain your Dedicated Account Manager as an exclusive benefit into the following season.
Why is there a $4,500 RevCash bonus at Level 5?
Customers who unlock Level 5 rewards automatically receive a tier achievement bonus of 450,000 points, which is redeemable for $4,500 in RevCash. This one-time bonus will be added to your account within a few minutes of reaching Level 5 and retroactively rewards all costume spend after $5,000 at a rate of 25%, essentially giving you 25% off of $70,000 of costumes.
How do I claim my Energize ticket discount or free ticket?
Every level contains a customer-exclusive perk related to our Energize Dance Studio Conference. Levels 1, 2 and 3 will receive a discount code to save on 1 ticket. Levels 4 and 5 will receive free tickets. Your Energize reward will be based on the level you are in on March 31, 2027. In early April, we will reach out to you with specific instructions on how to redeem your offer.
Are there any customers who are NOT eligible for Revolution Rewards?
If your studio is engaged in any special discount programs with Revolution, your account is not eligible for Revolution Rewards.
Even if you are on a special discount program, we may occassional grant you points as a reward or incentive outside of the 5-level Reward Program. Although you aren't eligible to participate in the leveled earnings program, you do still have the ability to trade points for RevCash and redeem RevCash on online orders when applicable.
What happens when I place an order that moves me up a level?
Since the program is progressive, your earnings automatically increase once you cross the dollar threshold into a new level. When you place an order that unlocks a new level, the order total will be split up and awarded at different rates. The amount of spend that falls below the level threshold will earn at the lower rate, and the amount of spend over the threshold will earn at the higher rate.
EXAMPLE: Let's say you've spent $4,000 on costumes so far this season. Then you place another order for $2,000 of costumes, bringing your cumulative costume spend to $6,000. This order would move you from Level 1 into Level 2 since Level 2 unlocks at $5,000. Our system will treat $1,000 worth of that order as Level 1 and the other $1,000 as Level 2, so you would earn 10% back on the portion that fell into Level 2. For that order, you would get 100 points.
It is similar to how tax brackets function, but instead of owing money, you're getting rewarded!
About Points and RevCash
What is the difference between loyalty points and RevCash?
Points are a promotional reward earned when purchasing qualifying products like tights and costumes. They do not have any actual cash value.
Points can be redeemed for RevCash. 100 points convert into $1 in RevCash value. RevCash comes in the form of a unique code that can be applied to online orders. RevCash can be applied to cover anything on your order including merchandise, taxes, shipping, fees, etc.
Do points expire?
Yes. Points expire 9 months from the date that they are awarded. You can check your point expiration dates by going to your Revolution Rewards portal and clicking the Activity tab.
We will send you a reminder email 30 days before points are set to expire. If you do not redeem your points for RevCash within 9 months of earning them, they will disappear from your account and cannot be reinstated.
Does RevCash expire?
Yes. RevCash codes expire 30 days from the date that they are created. For this reason, we recommend waiting to redeem your points for RevCash until you know you have an order to place.
We will send you a reminder email 14 days before a RevCash code is set to expire. If your RevCash code expires, the value is lost and we are not able to reinstate the points back onto your account.
If you accidentally create a RevCash code or do not think you will be able to use it before it expires, you can cancel active RevCash codes from your Revolution Rewards dashboard. Canceling a code will reinstate the value back onto your account as points. Those points will have a new 9-month expiration date from the date that the points were reinstated.
When will points show up on my account?
Points are added to your Revolution Rewards account once your products ship. If you placed an order for costumes that have a future ship date, points will not be added to your account until the costumes have shipped.
Where can I see my points balance and my RevCash?
Log in to revolutiondance.com, then navigate to the Revolution Rewards dashboard under My Account. You can also use the Revolution Rewards widget that sits in the lower right-hand corner of your screen.
Both options allow you to view your current point balance, redeem points for RevCash, apply RevCash codes to your cart, and show you ways to earn more points.
Do I have to redeem points in certain increments?
No. Points are yours to redeem for RevCash however you see fit. There is no minimum or maximum redemption requirement—you may redeem any number of points at one time.
What happens when I make a return or exchange?
If you return an item that earned points, we will deduct those points from your total point balance once we receive the item back to our warehouse.
If you exchange an item that earned points, we will treat your replacement order as a new order. If the items you choose as a replacement are eligible to earn points, you will earn the points. If the items you send back earned you points initially, we will deduct those points from your total point balance once we receive the item back to our warehouse.
Why do I have a negative point balance?
In order to accommodate our flexible returns and exchange policy, we allow customers to have negative points. Once you order more products that are eligible for point earnings, your balance will return to a positive number.
Will my points from last season roll over to this season?
Yes. Points always expire 9 months from the date they were placed on your account, so they can absolutely roll over from season to season! In fact, using points earned from your spring costume purchases to fund your back-to-school dancewear is an excellent way to get the most value out of your rewards.
About Ordering with RevCash
If I use RevCash on an order, will I still earn points on that order?
If at least part of your order was paid for using a credit card, yes. If you use RevCash to pay for part of an order and the order contains qualifying products (tights or costumes), you will earn points on the portion paid for by credit card after the RevCash was applied. RevCash is evenly distributed across the products within an order, effectively discounting all of the products in that order.
If you paid for your order entirely with RevCash, you will not earn any points on those products.
Can I use RevCash on an order that I place over the phone?
No. RevCash can only be applied to online orders through your Revolution account because RevCash codes are generated through and managed by our web-based digital rewards management system. If you need help figuring out how to apply RevCash to your order, our customer service team can provide you with instructions. However, we cannot process transactions using RevCash on your behalf.
Can I combine RevCash with other marketing promotions within an order?
Yes! RevCash codes function similarly to a promotional credit, and can be combined with any of our other marketing offers such as site-wide discounts, promotional discount codes, and RevRack clearance markdowns.
Can I use more than one RevCash code on a single order?
No. Only one RevCash code can be applied per order. This is why we recommend waiting to redeem your points for a RevCash code until you are ready to pay for an order. That way, you can redeem the exact amount of points that you need to cover your order. If your RevCash code exceeds the order total, the remaining balance will stay active on your account until the expiration date associated with that code. The total balance of a RevCash code must be used within 30 days of generating the code, otherwise the funds will expire.
What happens if I have to return an order paid for with RevCash?
No problem! Refunds on orders paid for with RevCash will be returned to you as points. The expiration window will be reset for the refunded points, so you’ll have another 9 months to use them. When you’re ready to redeem them, you’ll have to generate a new RevCash code.
Is RevCash like real cash?
No. RevCash is not legal tender and has no cash refund value. It is non-transferable and has an expiration date. RevCash is not a gift card and is not subject to gift card laws or regulations.
