Returns and Exchanges



Due to the government order and actions taken by the state of Illinois, our warehouse is closed and we are unable to accept shipments from UPS. During this time, please only ship your returns via USPS or FedEx. If you cannot ship via USPS or FedEx, you may hold your return shipment until you receive notice from us that our facility is re-opened.

We are always looking for ways to be a better partner, and want to take the time to offer you some reassurance and support. It is so inspiring to see the dance community come together to help each other like never before and we want to do our part. In the spirit of navigating these times together, we have created new policies to remain flexible during this time.

DANCEWEAR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Revolution Dancewear accepts returns and exchanges on dancewear within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited via merchandise credit. Returns and exchanges can be made by contacting us to generate a return authorization number.

Your return authorization number will be good for 15 days and must be received to our warehouse within that timeframe. Please note, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted without an authorization number. Items must be in new condition with intact original packaging.

Returns will be honored via dancewear merchandise credit on account once the returned merchandise has been processed and put back into inventory. Size exchanges will be sent out once the returned items are received to our warehouse. If you need the exchange to be shipped out right away, the replacement item will be processed as a new order (paid for by customer) and the refund will be processed once the exchange is received to our warehouse.

For both returns and exchanges, shipping charges are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing returns and exchanges. Tights and REV RACK clearance dancewear are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


COSTUME EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept size exchanges on Costumes that are in like-new condition, including all original accessories, with no visible wear, tear, or package markings within 30 days of purchase. There is no restocking fee, and customer is responsible for return shipping. Exchanges can be made by contacting us.

Please note that items purchased from REV RACK and Limited Edition Tenth House are not eligible for exchanges. Your return authorization number will be good for 15 days and must be received to our warehouse within that timeframe. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing exchanges.

In order to keep our high-value products at affordable prices, we do not accept returns or cancellations on costumes. Items purchased from REV RACK and Limited Edition Tenth House are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
