RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges on full-price merchandise that is in like-new condition, including all original accessories with no visible wear, tear, or package markings, within 45 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee; initial shipping charges are non-refundable; and customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Tights and REV RACK clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Returns and exchanges can be made by calling our Customer Service team at 800.806.1157 to generate a return authorization number (RMA). The RMA will be good for 15 days and the package must be received into our warehouse within that time frame.
Returns will be honored via merchandise credit on account once the returned merchandise has been processed and put back into inventory, within 10 to 15 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
Exchanges will be sent out once the returned items are received to our warehouse. Please allow 10 to 15 days for processing exchanges.
If you need the exchange to be shipped out right away, the replacement item(s) will be processed as a new order (paid for by the customer), and the refund will be credited to the original form of payment within two to three weeks of receipt of the returned item(s).
