The dance industry has recovered nicely post-pandemic and we are celebrating with you as we see stages full of dancers and weekly classes welcoming new students.

Here at Revolution, we have a mission statement that commits us to being the best possible partner to you in all things dance. The effects of the global pandemic on our supply chain, along with transportation and staffing challenges have shown us that we must continue to adapt and change to provide the customer experience we are committed to.

We are clear that to be your best partner in dance – you need visibility and communication throughout the dance season. We're enhancing our systems in preparation for this upcoming season to give more visibility into all your orders.

That being said, the current supply chain volatility does not allow for the predictability needed to accomplish the Nimbly Direct service promise. In these times, we need to be able to ship items immediately as they become available and therefore, we are pressing pause on the Nimbly Direct service that labels orders by dancer and boxes them by class.

Pausing Nimbly Direct will allow us to focus on providing the best customer experience through Revolution wholesale and our Nimbly Storefront service.

What you can expect: 

The Nimbly Direct option in your portal will be paused beginning July 1, any orders placed prior to this date will be fulfilled as promised. Any returns needed after July 1 should be made via our Revolution call center 1-800-806-1157.

The good news is that your regular Nimbly shop will continue to allow you to assign dancewear and costumes to class lists for your dance parents to purchase directly.
