Do you offer a volume discount?

As a trusted studio partner for over 20 years, we've developed one of the most flexible discount programs in the costume industry. Available exclusively through DanceStudioOwner.com, our program allows you to earn up to 20% cash back on all your costume purchases throughout the entire season. HOW DO COSTUMES ARRIVE?

Each costume is shipped on a hanger and in a garment bag. We don't charge extra for those because we want to go the extra step to make your fittings and recitals as painless as possible.

ARE ALL ACCESSORIES REALLY INCLUDED?

Yes! If we've included the accessory in the costume picture and product description, it's included. No additional charge and nothing more to add to your cart.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

• Ground shipping is FREE for 15+ items in the contiguous US.
• Orders less than 15 items are $9.
• Dancewear 2-Day available for $22.
• Expedited shipping quoted at checkout.

DO I NEED TO BE A STUDIO OWNER TO PURCHASE?

HOW DO I ORDER A CATALOG?

To request a catalog, you must be an approved Revolution customer. Please visit here and fill out the form.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY COSTUME?

Costumes should be hand-treated for spot cleaning only. Do not wash, dry clean or iron any costumes as this may cause permanent damage to the garment. If your costume is wrinkled, gently steam.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE US + CANADA?

For our overseas customers, Revolution is available exclusively through our sister company International Dance Supply.

HOW LONG DO I NEED TO WAIT FOR MY COSTUMES TO BE SHIPPED?

In-stock costumes ship within one to two business days. If an item that you ordered is back-ordered, we will inform you of the next available ship-date at the time you place your order. We will also collect your needs-by date to ensure we can meet your costuming needs.  

If you have multiple ship-dates on your order, we will hold your order and ship complete by style. Exceptions to this policy can be requested by calling us at 800.806.1157.  

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?

We accept returns and exchanges on full-price merchandise that is in like-new condition, including all original accessories with no visible wear, tear, or package markings, within 45 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee; initial shipping charges are non-refundable; and customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Tights and REV RACK clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  

 

Returns and exchanges can be made by calling our Customer Service team at 800.806.1157 to generate a return authorization number (RMA). The RMA will be good for 15 days and the package must be received into our warehouse within that time frame.  

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
