DO YOU OFFER A VOLUME DISCOUNT?

HOW DO COSTUMES ARRIVE?

We sell each costume “recital ready”, which means each costume is shipped on a hanger and in a garment bag with all listed accessories included. We include those because we want to go the extra step to make your fittings and recitals as successful as possible.

ARE ALL ACCESSORIES REALLY INCLUDED?

Yes! If we've included the accessory in the costume picture and product description, it's included. No additional charge and nothing more to add to your cart.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

• Shipping is FREE for 15+ items in the contiguous US.
• Orders of 14 items or fewer are $9.
• Expedited shipping quoted at checkout.

WHO DOES REVOLUTION SELL TO?

Revolution sells exclusively to qualifying dance studios and dance programs in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. We do not sell directly to consumers. Please visit our new online account application or call us at 800-806-1157.

HOW DO I BECOME A NEW CUSTOMER WITH REVOLUTION?

New accounts may apply for an account online, or by calling us at 800.806.1157. Proper business documentation is required. We typically review new account applications within 1–2 business days. During periods of high customer demand, response time may be longer.

HOW DO I ORDER A CATALOG?

To request a catalog, you must be an approved Revolution customer. You can initiate your catalog request here. You can view our catalogs in their digital version here. To view pricing you must be an approved account holder and login to the website or receive a confidential price list.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY COSTUME OR DANCEWEAR?

Costumes should be hand-treated for spot cleaning only. Do not wash, dry clean or iron any costumes as this may cause permanent damage to the garment. If your costume is wrinkled, gently steam. Our dancewear is built to last, but only when it is treated with love and kindness. Refer to this helpful costume and dancewear garment care page for full details.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE US + CANADA?

For our overseas customers, Revolution is available exclusively through our sister company International Dance Supply.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR IN-STOCK COSTUMES?

Orders for costumes and dancewear are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and items are shipped as they become available. Expected ship dates for backordered items are estimated dates based on the best information we have at the time of your order being placed, future ship dates are subject to change. Expedited shipping only impacts transit time. Please contact us by calling 800.806.1157 with questions about your order.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Everything you need to know about your Revolution orders can now be found in one convenient location! Log in to the Revolution website to view your order dashboard which includes both online and phone orders with shipping status, estimated ship date, and tracking numbers.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX
