BRANDED DANCEWEAR
Print your studio logo right onto our high-quality Studio Essentials dancewear to create unique products your dancers can’t find anywhere else. All you need is a minimum of 24 total units to place an order. This can be a combination of colors, sizes, and styles from any eligible danceweaer products—leotards, leggings, tops, skirted leos for the littles. Enforcing a dress code has never been easier!

RECITAL T-SHIRTS
Create beautiful, eye-catching t-shirts to celebrate the moments that matter like your year-end recital. Choose from our library of fresh, studio-centric design templates and tweak them to your liking. Want to use your own artwork? That works, too! You can even add your full cast list to the back of the t-shirt for an extra $2 per shirt. From simple logo prints to complex recital designs, we can bring your vision to life.

For branded dancewear, you can choose from a curated selection of our Studio Essentials dancewear line. For a custom t-shirt, select the Standard T-Shirt to get started.

Design Your Garment
For branded dancewear, you’ll upload your logo and then choose the placement location on the garment. For custom t-shirts, all designs will be printed front-and-center. Choose from our pre-built template library and customize it to your liking, or upload your own artwork!

Preview Your Design
Once you’re done editing, you’ll see a preview of your design. Take a close look and make sure you love it before ordering.

Place Your Order
We’ll take it from here. Studio Merch orders typically ship within 10 to 14 business days after you place your order. This applies to both branded dancewear and custom t-shirts.
NOTE: For branded dancewear orders, you can mix and match styles, sizes, and colors of items to hit the 24 unit minimum order quantity (MOQ). However, since the custom t-shirts use a different decoration technique (screen print instead of DTF), custom t-shirt orders have a separate MOQ of 24 shirts.

Are customized products eligible for return or exchange?
Due to the personalized nature of custom merchandise, all orders are final sale. Orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

What's the difference between branded dancewear and custom t-shirts?
Branded Dancewear
Our Studio Merch dancewear options can be customized with your studio logo using direct-to-film (DTF) heat transfer. This decoration method offers full-color printing and works best for dancewear because it allows for stretch and movement, is extremely durable, and offers the most vibrant colors so your logo will always look great. Each customizable dancewear product has pre-defined imprint locations where you can place your logo including center front, left chest, right chest, left hip, right hip.
Custom T-Shirts
Our custom t-shirts are produced using a screen printing method. This method is cost-effective for mass production yet durable. This method supports printing with up to 3 colors per design. Your design will always be placed front-and-center on the front of the shirt, and you have the option to add your cast list to the back of the shirt for an additional fee of $2 per shirt.
What are the minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
Branded Dancewear
You just need 24 pieces to start an order for branded dancewear. We’re flexible – your order can be a mix of product styles, sizes, and colors. As long as they're all getting printed with the same logo, they'll count toward your MOQ. If you want to use multiple logo designs, you will need a minimum of 24 units per logo design.
Custom T-Shirts
The minimum order quantity is 24, but we do offer volume discounts for custom t-shirts. Check the product page for a breakdown on the volume discount pricing. Similar to branded dancewear, the MOQ applies to one design. If you want to use multiple different designs, each design will need a minimum of 24 units in order to be printed.
NOTE: Due to the two merch types using two different print methods and processes, the minimum order quantity cannot be combined across dancewear and t-shirts.
What are the artwork requirements?
To ensure the best print quality, please provide:
- Vector file (.AI, .EPS, or .SVG)
- Text converted to outlines (no live fonts)
- Transparent background (no white box behind the logo)
For custom t-shirts, you can also use one of our pre-built design templates and simply customize the design right within the onsite editor.
Not sure if your logo’s ready? No worries — just upload what you have, and we’ll take care of the rest. (Need a full design refresh? We recommend 99designs or a local designer.)
How long will it take to receive my custom order?
Only in-stock items are available for customization (no future ship dates). Custom orders typically ship within 10-14 business days from order.
Will I be able to see a mockup before my order goes to print?
When creating your customized dancewear through our online Studio Merch builder, you will see a mockup of your design on the garment before adding the product to your cart. We have a team of artwork specialists who will review your order to make sure everything's perfect before your order hits the press.
Can I redeem RevPoints on Studio Merch?
Yes! You can absolutely redeem RevPoints to pay for Studio Merch. Since the entire process is managed by us, you can use your rewards toward custom orders just like any other Revolution product.
How should I care for custom merch?
Keep your custom merch looking great by following these recommendations:

• Machine wash cold, gentle cycle
• Use mild detergent
• Wash with like colors
Drying
• Hang dry or lay flat
Ironing
• Do NOT iron directly on the design
