Revolution Dancewear has a no return policy which allows us to keep our quality products at a great value.
Dancewear Collection: We allow returns and exchanges one time when you are getting started with us so that you can become familiar with our sizing. Please call us prior to returning or exchanging any items or the transaction cannot be completed. One-time-only returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing returns and exchanges.
Costume Collection: Costumes may be exchanged for sizing within 2 weeks of receiving your merchandise. Exchanges are considered new orders. There is a $5 fee per costume for exchanges. Call us to receive a return authorization number prior to exchanging, or the transaction cannot be completed. Exchanged costumes must be in brand new condition and contain all accessories and original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If one of our products fails to meet our high-quality standards, we guarantee that we will repair or replace it at no additional charge. Due to the unique nature of our designs, we reserve the right to substitute similar fabrics and/or trims when necessary to complete your order.
Dancewear Collection: The vast majority of orders are filled on the same day they are received. However, an item that you order may be temporarily out of stock. A sales associate will inform you of availability and approximate waiting time when you place your order. Back-orders will be shipped by UPS Ground, at NO ADDITIONAL shipping charge. Please note that we cannot add new orders to back-orders.
Costume Collection: 98% of our costumes are in stock and available for immediate delivery. Visit Today’s Costume Ship Dates to see the availability of the products in your order. If there is a delay on your order or we feel we may be unable to meet your date, we will contact you as soon as possible. In case of non-delivery by a specific date, Revolution Dancewear will reimburse our customers for money paid to us, but will not be liable for any additional damages.
Please be aware that the inventory stated online for each product is updated every four hours. If you have placed an order for an item that recently went out of stock, we will call you.
